Managing owners/partners in Candestes Associates are Candice Estes and Darleen DeWitt. Having worked together since 1988, Ms Estes and Ms DeWitt's background in private and non-profit business spans 37 years. Seventeen of those years were accumulated in the provision of child welfare services. Ms Estes also has 20 years experience in program evaluation, program administration, and grant review and writing.
